Hannah V. Weinberg L.Ac., is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist with the state of California. Hannah completed her undergraduate degree at Oberlin College and earned her master’s Degree of Traditional Oriental Medicine (MTOM) at Emperor’s College in Santa Monica California. Over the course of over four years of intensive study, she completed more than 1,000 hours of clinical training and provided over 350 acupuncture treatments as a student intern. She also did two internships outside of the school clinic during her time at Emperor’s College. She interned at Venice Family Clinic, a western medical facility in Los Angeles that provides quality primary health care to people in need. As well as at the Disney Family Cancer Clinic, which focuses on supporting patients going through chemotherapy and radiation with side effects such as emotional stress, fatigue, nausea, and vomiting.
Prior to attending acupuncture school, Hannah worked for 9-years in the fashion industry as a Technical Designer. She worked for companies such as Old Navy, and some small action sport and surf brands. She left the corporate world after many years of burning the candle at both ends and battling with her own life changing health issues. She made the decision to slow down and change her lifestyle. Hannah grew up seeing homeopathic practitioners and has always had the influence of natural medicine. It was through her own life changes to support her own health journey that she found her love and practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Hannah is passionate about helping others facing life changing health issues like autoimmune, chronic illness, and women’s health issues such as menopause through acupuncture and herbs.
